Results of a meeting of Committee on Education of the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan and round table with students
On the basis of Institute of management, economy and finance of Kazan Federal University the enlarged meeting of Committee on Education and to professional development of NP «Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan» has taken place. Representatives of four partner higher education institutions of the Union have participated in a meeting (KSU, KSACU, TISBI, KIU (IEUP), heads of the appraisal companies employers and regional representative offices of SRO of appraisers. The department of design management and appraisal of business of KSU has also organized a round table on the subject "New Tendencies, Opportunities and Risks in appraisal Activity" with participation of students of 2-4 courses of profile specialty.
During the active discussion members of the committee by training of the Union and the invited representatives of appraisal and bank community, teachers of higher education institutions have defined joint positions on formation of standard additional professional programs in the field of appraisal activity, preparation and the organization of a qualification examination in Kazan, have planned the areas of work of Committee for 2018, have answered topical issues.
Such issues as the place of the appraiser in market economy and the future of a profession "appraiser", relevance of appraisal of the real estate, business and intangible assets, tendencies of changes of market and cadastral value of the real estate in the Republic of Tatarstan and the city of Kazan, problems and risks in estimation of cost of business and other hot topics in the field of appraisal of business and government of risks have been discussed on a round table. Need of such meeting is proved by noticeable revival in the market of appraisal services and the increased need of the market for highly qualified personnel.
The head of appraisal department of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Larisa Shvetsova has participated in an action.
