The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues work on safety of gas-distributing networks of the republic
As of May 11, 2018 on the basis of statements of the operating organizations the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan has accepted orders about the statement of borders of security zones of gas-distributing networks with a total length about 203 kilometers and imposing of encumbrances on the land plots with a total area of 81 hectare entering them in the territory of city of Kazan, Alkeevsky, Alekseevsky, Atninsky, Yelabuzhsky, Laishevsky, Spassky, Chistopolsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Security zone of gas-distributing network – the territory with special conditions of use established along routes of gas pipelines and around other objects of gas-distributing network for providing normal conditions of her operation and an exception of a possibility of its damage.
Economic activity and use of the land plots in the territory of which or near them there are gas pipelines happens on special conditions. It is connected with the fact that according to the legislation of the Russian Federation gas-distributing networks belong to the category of hazardous production facilities. It is caused explosive and fire-dangerous properties of the gas transported on them.
