The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues work for monitoring of key deals on management of municipal property and land plots in accordance with agreements with municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan
In order to provide methodological assistance to municipalities in terms of management of municipal property and land plots Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan concluded agreements with local governments.
The agreements provide for a wide range of cooperation, including the analysis of compliance with the legislation of the draft decisions on transactions with property and land plots.
As of August, 1, 2018 the Ministry considered 943 applications on 1 573 transactions, have not revealed significant observations in 456 transactions. In 952 transactions notes are given, documents were sent back for revision. Besides documents on 165 transactions have been left without consideration for the reasons of lack of necessary documents and also in the cases provided in Agreements which aren't demanding the direction of documents for consideration by the Ministry.
