About dividends paid of joint-stock companies with the state participation
According to article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of November 30, 2017 No. 85-ZRT "About the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2018 and for planning period of 2019 and 2020" payment of dividends for shares which are owned by the Republic of Tatarstan is carried out till September 1, 2018.
The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan as the authorized body on management of the state equity stakes exercises control of receipt of dividends to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan on the stocks which are owned by the Republic of Tatarstan.
Dividends in the current year are paid by all joint-stock companies with the state participation which have accepted the relevant decisions at the annual general shareholder meetings in the terms established by the law. Total amount of receipts of the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan was 203,45 million rubles.
