The question on accounting of hydraulic engineering constructions in municipal districts considered in the mode of a video conferencing

On December 26, 2018 the first deputy minister of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Artur Galiyev held the regular meeting in a video conferencing format with representatives of all municipal units of the republic concerning elimination of divergences in given the Summary list of the hydraulic engineering constructions (HEC) which are owned by municipal units with the database of the Ministry of affairs of civil defense and emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan (the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan) and the Volga management of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision.

At the meeting it was underlined that the special attention is demanded by HEC which are controlled by the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan as they are critical for safety of the population.

Following the results of the initial stage of inventory of HEC on August 1, 2018 it was recorded 704 HEC, the owned municipal units. At the same time, in areas continue to reveal unaccounted HEC. So, according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan in the list are absent 56 HEC, the owned areas, in base of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision from 832 persons under surveillance of HEC in the property of areas appear – 736 constructions.

It was offered to municipal units to organize together with divisions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision work on elimination of a divergence in accounting of own HEC for up to to December 30, 2018.

Representatives of interested parties took part and made a speech at the meeting.
