Transfer of land from one category to another category suitable for the construction of facilities

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan provides continuous assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises, oil producers and other companies in the transfer of land from one category to another category suitable for the construction of relevant facilities.

For eight months of 2019, on the basis of draft orders of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared by the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, 274 agricultural land plots with a total area of 980 hectares were transferred to the category of industrial and other special purpose lands.
