The next updated collection “Monitoring of prices of real estate, land and rental rates as of September 1, 2019” has been released

The collection includes the following information in the context of municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan:

- Monitoring of prices for commercial real estate;

- Monitoring of rental rates of commercial real estate;

- Monitoring of prices for land;

- Monitoring of rental rates for land.

- Monitoring the average market value of residential real estate in the Republic of Tatarstan (new section).

When determining price ranges, information was mathematically processed with the exception of maximum and minimum values of value, as well as with obviously false or contradictory information.

Price monitoring is for reference only and cannot be used as a basis for transactions, since it does not take into account the individual characteristics of land (relief, configuration, local location, area, type of permitted use, easements and burdens, the possibility of bargaining, the presence of environmental factors, pollution and other factors), capital construction projects (architectural and planning decisions, depreciation and obsolescence, the presence of encumbrances, the possibility of bargaining, area, local location s and other factors).

In the collection you will also find information on tariffs for appraisal work.

The collection is published in a limited edition; by decision of the Partnership Board, the collection is donated to the members of the Partnership, partner organizations that have agreements with the Partnership involving free information exchange, authorities authorized to dispose of state (municipal) property.
