93 inspections to monitor the use and preservation of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan were conducted

In 2019, within the framework of the state program “Management of State Property of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2022”, a commission of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted 93 inspections to monitor the use and preservation of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan, 88 of which are planned, 5 unscheduled.

It should be noted that during inspections in 2019, the Ministry revealed the following violations:

- 6 institutions transferred premises with an area of 2071.1 square meters for use by third-party organizations without drawing up relevant agreements and the consent of the Ministry;

- 17 institutions lack state registration of the operational management right for 43 real estate objects;

- 8 institutions did not provide information for inclusion in the State Property Register of the Republic of Tatarstan for 10 real estate objects;

- 58 real estate objects with a total area of 15720.9 sq.m, 4 land plots with an area of 2.93 hectares, 20 units of vehicles are not used;

Based on the results of inspections, 23 acts were sent to the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, 7 protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up in accordance with Article 4.3 of the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on administrative offenses, of which 1 administrative penalty was imposed in the form of a fine, 5 protocols were not punished (decisions accepted in favor of the defendant), according to 1 protocol judicial measures are currently being held.

In pursuance of the list of instructions of the President of the Russian Federation dated February 19, 2013 No. Pr-332 in 2019, the Ministry completed inspections on the use of state property transferred for free use to the Executive Committees of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan to exercise authority for state registration of acts of civil status.
