Within the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 17.11.2016 No. 82-ZRT "About separate measures for ensuring quality and safety of foodstuff in the Republic of Tatarstan" the Resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 21.11.2017 No. 896 is approved.

According to item 3 of Art. 3 of the Law the Provision on Interdepartmental coordination council concerning ensuring improvement of quality and safety of foodstuff (further — Coordination council) and the structure of Coordination council is approved. The executive director of NP «Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan» Oleg Bulgakov had been included in the structure of the Coordination council from the independent expert organizations. We will remind that the Union fruitfully cooperates in this sphere with authorized organizations and SUE «National trademark» for a long time.

The approved Plan of measures ("Road map") by implementation of the Law determines the main rule-making indicators of activity of Coordination council, authorized bodies of the power and the organizations according to the Art. 4,8 of the Law. In particular, item 11 of the Road map provides creation of consortium of the expert non-state organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan ensuring quality and safety of production and consumer protection with participation and under the auspices of NP «Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan».

The resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan also defines the organization of interaction and information exchange of federal public authorities, local governments, the Republican center of quality (SUE National trademark), NP «Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan» and other organizations for the purpose of ensuring quality and safety of foodstuff, materials and products for life and health of the person, ensuring constitutional rights of citizens on the favorable habitat.
