On March 20, 2020, a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan approved a plan of measures to ensure the sustainable development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan in the worsening situation due to the spread of a new coronavirus infection, volatility in oil prices and the dollar. As part of the implementation of this plan, a “hotline” began to function to support business under the office of the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
