The second day of the Interregional Conference "New Digital Reality: Unified state register of real estate and Spatial Data, Artificial Intelligence", where Minister Fanil Agliullin takes part, will continue in the format of sections on the topics: "Filling the Unified state register of real estate ", "Artificial Intelligence", "Cadastral Valuation" and "Factory of Spatial data".

Yesterday, at plenary sessions, industry experts, representatives of federal and regional departments discussed topical issues and prospects for the use of digital spatial data in various sectors of society.

Ekaterina Karutina, Assistant Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District, made a presentation at the event. She noted that the purpose of the conference is not only to talk about the achievements, but also to show the regions that are just starting this work, in what way they managed to achieve great success.

As of November 30, 2022, based on the accepted applications from citizens with many children for obtaining land plots, decisions to include 71,297 applicants in the lists, including 18,097 in Kazan, and city of Naberezhniye Chelny - 9,248 applicants were made.

 

Today, Minister of Land and Property Fanil Agliullin is taking part in the interregional conference "New Digital Reality: Unified state register of real estate and Spatial Data, Artificial Intelligence", which is taking place in Perm. The conference is organized by the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District and the Government of the Perm Territory. The event will last 2 days.

 

As of November 30, 2022, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land plots received by the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 4,006.6 million rubles. The budget task before the republican budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of November 30, 2022 was fulfilled by 106.9%.

 

On November 24-25, the specialists of the State Budgetary Institution " Center of state cadastral valuation" took part in the fifth annual scientific and practical conference "Problems of cadastral valuation: regulatory, methodological, information and software" in St. Petersburg. During the two days of the event, more than 300 participants exchanged experiences and discussed issues related to the regulatory and methodological regulation of valuation activities, the problems of establishing cadastral value in the market value, as well as technological and information support for procedures for determining cadastral value.

Today, as part of the provision of methodological assistance to the municipalities of the republic, the conference hall of the Training and Methodological Center of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia hosted another training seminar for specialists in the field of property and land relations on the topic: “Explanation of key changes in the land and related legislation of the Russian Federation in the second half of 2022, and as well as regulations aimed at counteracting external sanctions pressure.” This seminar was organized by the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of Kazan Federal University, with which the Ministry has long and fruitfully cooperated on the issues of training specialists.

The seminar was opened by the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin. In his welcoming speech, he noted that interaction with municipalities has been and will remain one of the priorities of the Ministry, including in terms of providing systematic methodological assistance. The Minister introduced to the participants of the seminar the lecturer - Alexey Valeryevich Mazurov and wished the participants of the seminar productive work.

Candidate of legal science, practicing lawyer, expert in land and related legislation Alexei Mazurov gave the seminar participants detailed explanations on the key changes in land and related legislation that were adopted in the second half of 2022 and are expected to be adopted soon. The lecturer also answered numerous questions from the participants.

 

The meeting of the attestation commission of state civil servants was held at the Ministry of Land and Property. Before the attestation commission, 6 civil servants passed a qualification exam for compliance with the positions of the state civil service.

Yesterday the final meeting of a large working group of the Republic of Tatarstan on the issue of establishing the location of the border with the Udmurt Republic took place. The meeting was held by the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin.

The members of the working group approved the project for passing the border between the regions. Now the specialists of the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" are forming the materials of the agreement, which is planned to be signed in mid-December.

Today the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TATNEFT PJSC Rustam Minnikhanov held a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the company.

 The meeting took place in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan (Kazan).

 The members of the Board of Directors discussed the results of the financial and economic activities of the Tatneft Group for the nine months of 2022.

 As part of the planned agenda, the meeting participants got acquainted with the budget execution for ten months of 2022, approved the budget for December of this year.
