Competition issues and issues of the general meeting of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" have been discussed
At an expanded meeting of the Board of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" information material for the participants of the upcoming annual general meeting was approved. It includes draft annual financial statements for 2018 and estimates (financial plan) for 2019. As before, the main cost items assumed for approval at the meeting are the examination of evaluation reports, analytical market research and educational activities to improve the quality of evaluation. During the discussion, the Deputy Minister of Land and Property Eduard Diyarov stressed the need to further develop expert support for chambers of land and property of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, conduct field and zonal workshops in the districts.
Andrei Lisichkin made a speech on the issue of electing the executive body of the Partnership in March 2019, familiarizing the Board members with the proposals received. The Board approved the nominees to the Counting Commission of the General Meeting: Olga Gripas (SRO NKCO), Marat Suleymanov (SRO ROO), Damir Timershin (SRO DSO).
The question of the development of competition and anti-dumping policy caused a lively discussion. In the auction materials submitted by members of the Partnership and a representative of the Committee for Government Relations Regina Nureeva for the right to assess municipal property, members of the Board noted a number of signs of concerted actions aimed at restricting competition, violations of the law, and obviously impossible contracts. It was decided to prepare appeals on possible violations to the relevant control, supervisory and law enforcement agencies, as well as to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Business against Corruption Association. In the discussions of the meeting actively participated Dmitry Zahmatov Alsou Gilyazova, Nelia Muhamethanova Olga Gripas Marat Suleymanov, Lyailya Idiyatullina, Lyudmila Aitova, Rezida Betretdinova, Tanzilya Udod, the staff of appraisal department of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Larisa Shvetsova and Zulfiya Kamalova.
At the end of the meeting of the Board, the working group discussed the draft of Price Monitoring Compendium on 03/01/2019, formed on the proposals of appraisers, experts and authorities of municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. In the new edition, among other things, there will be presented the ranges of average market prices for multi-unit housing and individual residential development in cities and regions of the republic.
