Hearings on amendments to the Law on State Cadastral Valuation in the Public Chamber
On November 13, 2019, the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation conducted a “zero reading” of draft Federal Law No. 814739-7 “On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation with a View to Improving the State Cadastral Valuation” (sent for consideration to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on October 16 2019).
The main issues during the discussion of the bill were the pre-trial establishment of the cadastral value in the amount of market value and the personal responsibility of the heads of the State Budgetary Institution.
The meeting of the Public Chamber was attended by representatives of state budgetary institutions for state cadastral valuation, self-regulatory organizations of appraisers and the media.
State budgetary institution “Center for State Cadastral Assessment” was represented by the deputy head of State budgetary institution “Center for State Cadastral Assessment” Renald Sabirzyanov and the head of the real estate market monitoring department - the chief technologist Vadim Zhuravlev.
