Work to create a republican state information system for urban development in the Republic of Tatarstan is underway
The meeting of the interagency working group chaired by acting Deputy Minister Tagir Khusnutdinov on the creation of the republican state information system for urban development in the Republic of Tatarstan and on the digitization of topographic tablets held in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meeting consisted of two parts. In the first part, organizational issues related to the creation of a republican state information system for urban development in the Republic of Tatarstan were considered: the composition of the participants in a specialized working group and the principle of interaction between government bodies and other institutions when creating a republican state information system for urban development were discussed. The participants also got acquainted with the list of documents that should be part of the republican state information system for urban development in accordance with the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation and Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 363 of 06/09/2006. "On information support for urban development."
In the second part of the meeting, the participants discussed the problems of digitizing topographic tablets and the current state of maintaining information on the location of utility networks. Representatives of Municipal Unitary Enterprise Vodokanal and JSC Tatenergo informed how utility networks are accounted for in their institutions and outlined the main problems of using these materials in information resources.
The meeting was attended by specialists from the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Budget Institution “Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”, the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Informatization and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, building, Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Culture of Republic of Tatarstan, Executive Committee of Kazan, Kazan Federal University, Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Vodokanal", a branch of JSC "Tatenergo" "Kazan heating networks".
