The meeting of board of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan about work results in 2016 took place

03.02.2017 the enlarged meeting of final board of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan "About work results the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2016 and tasks for 2017" took place. At the meeting of board the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Vasyl Shaykhraziyev took part. The board passed in the videoconference mode with participation of heads of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan and heads of chambers and managements of the land and property relations. Members of board of the ministry, heads of structural divisions took part in work of board.

       Report "About work results the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2016 and tasks for 2017" made the minister Azat Hamayev.  

       As Azat Hamayev noted, one of the main objectives of the ministry is ensuring profitability of a state-owned property. The income of the consolidated budget from use of the state-owned and municipal property for the accounting period constituted 5,56 billion rubles, receipts from management of municipal property and lands constituted about 4,8 billion rubles.

The ministry together with municipalities carried out inventory count of not used and inefficiently used state-owned and municipal property, as a result of which 936 objects with a total area of 291,6 thousand sq.m are revealed. 4 groups of objects from the point of view of their further use are allocated.

Work on change of category of use of the parcels of land under industrial and other facilities is continued. 148 resolutions of Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on the transfer of 912 hectares of lands are accepted. About 70% of these lands are transferred under objects of the extracting industries.

The ministry took part in implementation of projects, significant for the republic. Work on reservation of the parcels of land getting to a strip of withdrawal of HSH "Moscow — Kazan" is complete, events for registration of the parcels of land in the territory of the Sviyaga multimodal logistic center are held, work on rendering assistance in registration of the parcels of land in case of a construction of the site of the international transport corridor Europe — the Western China is continued, and also in case of a construction of highways of regional value, are held an event for registration of the parcels of land for construction of facilities of the World championship on professional skill « WorldSkills» which will be carried out in 2019 in Kazan.

     According to the agenda of board the performance of the Chairman of Chamber of the property and land relations of the Sarmanovsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Shayekhov "About topical issues of activities of Chamber of the property and land relations of the Sarmanovsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan" in Tatar also were sounded.

"About interaction of appraising community with authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipalities" the chairman of the board of Regional office of SRO Russian Society of Appraisers "Society of appraisers of Tatarstan", the cochairman of Expert and consulting council of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan Dmitry Zakhmatov has acted.

       In a final performance the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Vasyl Shaykhraziyev has given a positive assessment to activity of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2016, has designated key tasks for 2017.

       The meeting has come to the end with rewarding of especially caused a stir staff of the ministry.
