About Ministry of Land and Property Relations

       Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan pursues in the republic a uniform state policy in the field of the land and property relations; carries out powers of the owner of the property which is in state ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan, including privatization, operates and disposes of the state property and land resources. 

The main objectives of Ministry are: 

-  realization of a state policy in the sphere of the land and property relations, privatizations of the state property; 

-  possession, using and the order in accordance with the established procedure the objects which are in property of the Republic of Tatarstan, including beyond its limits; 

- participation in realization of a state policy on improvement of structure of multistructure economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, formation of strategic owners of the privatized enterprises, support of effective producers, business development, attraction of investments into real sector of economy, participation in improvement of infrastructure of the stock market providing processes of privatization and realization of a state policy on attraction of investments into economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, etc. 

Ministry carries out the following main functions: 

management of use of land resources;

management of use of real estate (building, construction), transport, equipment which are in state ownership;

management of use of the state portfolio of actions;

management of privatization;

licensing of the fixed kinds of activity.
