On August 4, 2016 at the regular meeting of the Board of Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed improving the quality of work on the appraising of state and municipal property in the towns and districts of the republic. Member of the Board of the Partnership, Deputy Minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Musin stressed that repeated violations significantly affect the profitability of state property, revenues, ultimately, the implementation of social programs in the municipalities, as well as affect the reputation of honest appraisers. Members of the Board: Partnership President Andrew Lisichkin and the head of RD RSA "Society of Appraisers of Tatarstan" Dmitry Zahmatov made a speech with the analysis on this issue. They pointed to the need for more efficient use of expert Partnership building in municipalities, need for initial (before the coordination with the ministry) contact of appraising clients on contentious issues with the Council of Experts and representatives of Appraisers SRO, expanding the network of Partnership members in the areas of the country, continuing the practice of joint seminars for Chambers of land and property specialists in practical appraising.

In order to provide methodological assistance to municipalities in terms of management of municipal property and land plots Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan conclude agreements with local governments.

The agreements provide for a wide range of cooperation, including the analysis of compliance with the legislation of the draft decisions on transactions with property and land plots.

As of 01.08.2016 the Ministry considered 1441 applications to 2546 transactions, have not revealed significant observations in 969 transactions. In 1577 transactions notes are given, documents were sent back for revision.
