Today in a festive atmosphere certificates by the results of passing an examination and following the results of the program of the advancing training (program of the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan) have been handed to the staff of the organizations — members of NP «Union of Appraisers of RT», listeners of the advancing program of professional development «Estimation of cost of the enterprise (business). Appraisal of efficiency of resources and programs of increase in labor productivity», in a conference room of partners of the Union - RSUE « Bureau of technical inventory » and State Budgetary Institution «Center of the state сadastral appraisal».
Conditions and questions were as close as possible to the qualification examination which is coming for appraisers in November, which in a pilot order will be held in Kazan. During development of a course, besides profound preparation for serious testing in the field of appraisal activity, listeners have actually created design and expert group for participation in implementation of federal and republican programs of increase in labor productivity - the priority national project. Implementation of the priority project provides development and deployment of effective strategy of support of labor productivity and organizational innovations in production and administrative processes, dissemination of knowledge in the field of labor productivity, improvement of the mechanism of receiving state support by the enterprises on the basis of competent opinion of professional experts.
Representatives of the departments which are supervising or supported the project - the deputy minister of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Musin, the director of State Budgetary Institution «Center of state cadastral appraisal» Lena Hamzina (the board member of the Union), the director of the training organization - Institute of continuous formation of the TISBI University Natalya Doronina, the head of department of the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan Sofya Tonkonog, the head of department of The Ministry of industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Andrey Fedorov, the President of NP «Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan» Andrey Lisichkin have addressed listeners with welcome speech.
Then the President of partnership and the deputy minister Farit Musin have handed documents on professional development and new collections of monitoring of the real estate market of RT as 01.09.2017 to listeners.
In conclusion of a ceremony, the moderator of the program, Oleg Bulgakov has thanked employees and heads of the organizations of the Union which have rendered significant assistance in implementation of the program and its further development: Olga Gripas, Tanzilya Udod, Nadezhda Burmakina, Irina Ignashina, Lyalya Idiyatullina, Marat Suleymanov, Varvara Sharafutdinova, Zulfia Gubeeva, Yury Chebotaryov, Svetlana Shchipotina and others, has expressed special gratitude to the management, department of appraisal, department of informatization and the administration of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan for assistance in the organization of lectures and a practical training of the leading lecturers of Russia
Listeners have hotly thanked organizers of the program which was implemented gratuitously for members of NP «Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan» on the terms of joint financing of professional training of employees by the organizations – partners of the Union, have expressed intention to participate in further implementation of the investment project on training of experts-appraisers of programs of increase in labor productivity and the economical production calculated till 2020.
