The deputy minister Edik Diyarov has taken part in zone a seminar meeting for heads of settlements in Buinsk
On 5/28/2018 the zone training seminar meeting for the heads of settlements of the Buinsky, Apastovsky, Tetyushsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Kaybitsky, Kamsko-Ustyinsky, Verkhne-Uslonsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan has taken place in the Buinsky municipal district.
Practical part of a seminar has begun with visit of the Byurgansky rural settlement and the Resource center of State budgetary «Institution of secondary professional education «Buinsky veterinary technical school» in Buinsk. In the village of Byurgany participants have examined activity of peasant Farm of Rail Hisamov, have examined a horsfarm, have attended an exhibition of finished goods. Also participants have examined peasant farm of Mileusha Gaynutdinova who is engaged in dairy livestock production. Great interest of participants of a seminar was attracted by the exhibition of production of Buinsky municipal district organized by Center of cultural development.
After a practical part of a seminar in the Center of cultural development of Buinsk a plenary part zone a seminar meeting on topical issues of local government has taken place under the leadership of the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin.
The deputy minister of the land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Edik Diyarov made a speech to participants on questions in the sphere of the land and property relations at the municipal level. Much attention has been paid to the questions concerning changes in the land legislation, mobilization of reserves of growth of receipts in local budgets and also questions of territorial planning, expansion of settlements, registrations of property in abeyance, inventory and the maintenance of hydraulic engineering constructions and to some other questions.
