Problematic issues of municipal districts are discussed
On June, 26 following the results of 6 sectional seminars (meetings) held the current year for the heads of the rural settlements of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting on discussion of the arisen problematic issues has taken place in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan. Under the chairmanship of the minister Azat Hamayev questions of financing of maintenance of the hydraulic engineering constructions which are owned by the republic of municipal units (further – HEC), expenses on predeclaration inspection and also capital repairs of HEC are considered at the meeting.
According to the order of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 11/14/2014 No. 2298-r inventory of HEC with municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan comes to the end. According to the data submitted by municipal districts as of 6/26/2018 actually in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan it is located 711 HEC, being in municipal property, from them 688 HEC (96,76%) are registered in the state cadastre. By results of the discussed issue the decision to carry out collecting relevant data on HEC from the municipal districts and to perform calculations of volume of financial costs of their contents is made.
Issues of development and coordination of documents of territorial planning of the Republic of Tatarstan and also statement on the cadastral registration of borders of settlements, municipal units and borders between territorial subjects of the Russian Federation have also been discussed at the meeting.
