The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan assists in registration of land plots
According to the results of 9 months of 2018, 115 resolutions on transferring 305 land plots with a total area of about 432 hectares from the category of agricultural land into a category suitable for construction, which is prepared on the basis of projects of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, adopted by the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan:
- for the purpose of subsoil use (oil production) - 91 resolutions;
- for placement of objects of power, communication, pipeline transport, roadside service - 24 resolutions.
Also, 27 resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on the transfer of 32 land plots with a total area of 53.21 hectares to accommodate cemeteries, based on the projects prepared by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, were adopted.
