The representative of the State Budgetary Institution «Center of state cadastral appraisal» took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Property Management in the Development of the Digital Economy"
On October 12, in Moscow hosted the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Real Estate Management in the Conditions of the Development of the Digital Economy". The Deputy Head of the State Budgetary Institution «Center of state cadastral appraisal» Renald Sabirzyanov took part in the conference.
One of the thematic sections of the conference is devoted to the topic “Actual issues of cadastral valuation,” which included leading experts in the field of cadastral valuation.
During the thematic section the following issues were discussed:
Development of the state cadastral appraisal system: goals, objectives, prospects;
Problems of mass valuation and taxation of real estate;
Challenging the results of state cadastral appraisal as a tool for establishing a fair tax base.
