The Expert Advisory Board of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the results of the examination for compliance with legislation and federal assessment standards
At the fifteenth, this year, meeting of the Expert Advisory Board of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan (Union) almost all experts of the Union, representatives of Committee for Land and Property of city of Kazan, Tatyana Kozlovskaya and Linar Sharafeev, specialist of the evaluation department Zulfiya Kamalova and appraisers gathered together.
During the meeting, the results of examinations in the form of Professional opinions at the request of the Chambers of land and property of the Leninogorsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan (reviewers Betretdinova R.I, Timershin DR), the Chamber of land and property of the Sarmanovsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan (reviewer Salyaeva T.I), the Management of land and property of Naberezhnye Chelny (reviewers Lisichkin A.V., Udod T.M.) were discussed.
In the form of a lively discussion, the results of peer-review on objects in the capital of the republic (customer - Kazan Institute for Industrial Protection, reviewers Lisichkin A.V., Udod T.M., Suleymanov M.A., Idiyatullina L.R., examination by SRO Zakhmatov D .Yu., Ignashina I.G.) were discussed. The Council summed up the results of the examination for compliance with the legislation and federal assessment standards, where the appraisers - employees of the organization - a member of the Union, took into account the comments of experts and adjusted the reports. Given the disagreement on the market value of the facilities, a decision was made on additional research.
Further, in closed session, the Council discussed the issues of the Expert Advisory Council (on requests from law enforcement agencies, control and oversight bodies, on participation in the courts to challenge the cadastral value). The proposal was supported by the heads of the Chambers of land and property in the Arsky and Yutazinsky municipal districts to involve experts from Union organizations in the examination of reports on the assessment and peer review of reports with support in court in cases of contesting the cadastral value of property in the territory of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
