The Federal Law on Amendments to the Federal Law "On Enforcement Proceedings" was signed
From January 1, 2020, the Federal Law of 12.11.2019 N 375-ФЗ "On Amendments to the Federal Law" On Enforcement Proceedings "comes into force.
Federal law was adopted by the State Duma on October 22, 2019 and approved by the Federation Council on November 6, 2019.
The federal law is aimed at improving the activities of the Federal Bailiff Service, which provides for the creation of a personal electronic office for the citizen to interact with the bailiff in order to quickly and conveniently obtain information on the progress of enforcement proceedings.
The decision of the bailiff may be made in the form of an electronic document. The specified resolution may be sent to a person participating in enforcement proceedings, including in a single personal account in the federal state information system "Unified portal of state and municipal services (functions)".
In addition, the Federal Law specifies the time period for the debtor to fulfill the requirements voluntarily, the procedure for sending the claimant, the debtor, as well as to the court, other body or official issuing the enforcement document, copies of the order of the bailiff to initiate enforcement proceedings or the decision in the form of an electronic document .
