The meeting of the Interdepartmental commission on work with representatives of the state in management and supervisory bodies of economic societies and associations has taken place

21.11.2017 under the chairmanship of the Minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev the meeting of the Interdepartmental commission on work with representatives of the state in management and supervisory bodies of economic societies and associations has taken place in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Members of the Interdepartmental commission, representatives of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, the ministries, associations of the enterprises and industrialists of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC «Svyazyinvestneftekhim», JSC «Ak Bars Holding» have participated in a meeting.

Within work of the commission the results of activity of representatives of the state in 2017 have been summed up, and tasks for 2018 are defined.

The candidacy of representatives of the state and independent directors, for appointment and their promotion in management and supervisory bodies of joint-stock companies at the annual general shareholder meetings in 2018 are considered and approved at the meeting.
