The meeting of the commission of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan on consideration of financial and economic activity of joint-stock companies and state unitary enterprises has taken place

23.11.2017 under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Musin the meeting of the commission of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan on control of safety of the state property transferred to the economic jurisdiction of the state unitary enterprises and authorized capitals of joint-stock companies which actions are owned by the Republic of Tatarstan has taken place.

Financial and economic activity of three joint-stock companies with 100% of shares of the Republic of Tatarstan in authorized capital is considered at the meeting: JSC «Central Depositary of the Republic of Tatarstan», JSC «Bezopasnost dorozhnogo dvizheniya», JSC «Center of Development of the Land Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan» and two state unitary enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan: «Teploenergoseti», scientific and production association «Geocentre of the Republic of Tatarstan» is considered at the meeting.

The commission has considered the reasons of unprofitability of activity of the enterprises and recommendations about improvement of indicators of financial and economic activity of the specified enterprises and joint-stock companies are made.

Following the results of the meeting the decision on continuation of control of financial and economic activity of data of the enterprises is made. In case of deterioration in a situation financial and economic activity of the specified organizations will be considered in addition.
