The public electronic auction on realization of the state property is announced
The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced an open auction on increase in cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price on realization of the state property carried out in an electronic form:
Lot No. 1: military and historical club «Ulany», appointment: uninhabited, 1-storey, with a total area of 117,5 sq.m, cadastral number 16:47:011211:202, located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Yelabuga, Kazanskaya St., 26A; land plot: category of lands: the earth of settlements, the allowed use: a local history complex and military and historical club «Ulany», with total area of 146 sq.m, cadastral number 16:47:011211:368, located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Yelabugzshkiy municipal district, Yelabuga, Kazanskaya St.
The initial price – 3 083 500,00 (Three million eighty three thousand five hundred) rubles with the VAT.
Bid increment – 59 000,00 (Fifty nine thousand) rubles.
Date of the auction: On February 7, 2018 at 9:00.
Expiration date of order taking: On February 2, 2018 at 16:45 o'clock
For participation in sale in an electronic form applicants have to be registered on Electronic platform - sale.zakazrf.ru.
