The qualification examination for the public civil servants is held in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan
On March 22, 2018 the meeting of Certifying commission on holding a qualification examination for the public civil servants according to Art. 11 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 1/16/2003 No. 3-ZRT "About the public civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan" has taken place under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of the land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Musin.
The qualification examination for the public civil servants was held by Certifying commission of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan with participation of independent experts and representative of Department of public service and personnel of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan for assignment by the public civil servant of the corresponding grade ranks.
Following the results of a meeting the Certifying commission has made the decision on successful passing a qualification examination by all public civil servants and recommended to issue the order on assignment of the corresponding grade ranks.
