Conducting inspections of public institutions
In March, 2018 State budgetary institution «Republican Property Treasury» has carried out inspections on effective use and safety of the state property located in the Buinsky, Ribno-Slobodsky and Laishevsky districts of the Republic of Tatarstan which is assigned on the right of operational management to the institutions subordinated to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During inspections the following violations are revealed:
1. Not used state property in the rural settlement Rybnaya Sloboda: building of the pump station with total area of 29,5 sq.m; part of the building workshop with total area of 300,12 sq.m; part of the building of a garage with a total area of 511,9 sq.m; building with a boiler with total area of 270,2 sq.m.
2. The unregistered capital construction project with a total area of 50 sq.m in he rural settlement Rybnaya Sloboda.
3. Lack of employment contracts with users of premises in the city of Buinsk.
4. Lack of registration and registration of right of perpetual use of the land plot of Establishment in the city Buinsk.
Statements of inspections of public institutions are drawn up. The report of Institution on elimination of violations will be brought to the attention of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan within one month.
