The period of holding the annual general shareholder meetings has begun
According to the Federal law "About Joint-stock Companies" the period of holding the annual general shareholder meetings has begun in joint-stock companies. The agenda of the annual general meetings has included questions of election of the board of directors and auditing the commissions for 2018-2019 corporate year, the approvals of the annual report and annual accounting reports following the results of 2017, distributions have arrived following the results of 2017, including payment of dividends, and other questions entering competence of general shareholder meeting.
The annual general shareholder meetings are held in the following joint-stock companies which stocks are in state ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan and (or) on which the decision on use of the special right ("gold share") in current month is made: JSC Broadcasting Company «Novy Vek», JSC «Center of Development of the Land Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan», JSC «Nizhnekamskresursy», JSC head breeding enterprise «Elita», JSC «Mobilnaya gosudarstvennaya svyaz», JSC Zainskoye khleboproemnoye predpriyatiye».
