Free legal aid is rendered to veterans of the Great Patriotic War and members of their families
In the run-up to the celebration of the 73rd anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941 - 1945, within implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About rendering free legal aid to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan" rendering free legal aid to veterans of the Great Patriotic War, to combatants and members of their families has taken place on April 27, 2018 in State budgetary institution "House of Friendship of the People of Tatarstan" (Kazan, Pavlyukhin St., 57).
Representatives of Office of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan, Offices of the Federal Tax Service in the Republic of Tatarstan, Managements of Federal Registration Service in the Republic of Tatarstan, Social insurance fund, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State housing inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, MPI "Committee of the Land and Property Relations of the Executive commitee of Kazan", MPI "Management of Housing Policy of the Executive commitee of Kazan" and also lawyers and notaries have participated in an action.
The questions concerning veterans in the majority concerned the land and housing legislation, social and provision of pensions. Addressed free legal aid in the form of legal consultation in oral and written forms and also drawing up documents of legal character is rendered to all.
