The board of directors of PJSC «Tatneft» has summed up the results of the first quarter 2018.
The regular meeting of the Board of directors of PJSC «Tatneft» was held today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
The meeting has taken place in the Government house of the Republic of Tatarstan (Kazan, Svoboda Square, 1).
Results of budget implementation of the company in four months 2018 and the voted budget for June have been considered at the meeting, results of financial and economic activity for the first quarter of the current year are discussed.
For the first three months of the current year 7 million 13 thousand tons of oil are extracted on fields of PJSC «Tatneft». Also 40 delivery wells are put into operation 138 new extracting.
In comparison with the same period of 2017 revenue - gross from realization of the shipped production has increased by 22,2 billion rubles and has made 196,4 billion rubles. Revenue-net (without the VAT, export duty and excises) from realization of the shipped production has grown by 21,1 billion rubles and has made 166 billion rubles. Net profit has grown by 7,9 billion rubles and has made 37,3 billion rubles.
The board of directors has discussed results of the consolidated financial statements of «Tatneft» group of companies according to International Financial Reporting Standards and also results of check of financial and economic activity of the company for 2017 by audit commission of and the auditor company JSC «PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit».
Also some other reports of committees of the Board of directors has been considered at the meeting.
