The notice on placement of the draft of the report on determination of cadastral cost of the land plots of agricultural purpose in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan and also about an order and terms of submission of remarks to the draft of the report
The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan notifies.
According to the Federal law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-FZ "About the state cadastral appraisal" and the order of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan of August 28, 2017 No. 1958-r (in an edition of an order of September 25, 2017 No. 2171-r) now the state cadastral appraisal of lands of agricultural purpose is carried out in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Following the results of determination of cadastral cost of the land plots of agricultural purpose by state budgetary institution "Center of the state cadastral appraisal" (further – state budgetary institution CSCA) in electronic form has made intermediate reporting documents (further – the Draft of the report).
7/19/2018 the data and materials which are contained in the Draft of the report in the volume provided by order of maintaining fund of data of the state cadastral appraisal are posted in fund of data of the state cadastral appraisal on the official site of Federal Registration Service on the Internet for sixty days.
In full the Draft of the report, including applications, is posted in the section "Reporting Materials" on the official site of state budgetary institution CSCA of http://cgko.tatarstan.ru in the internet.
Remarks to the Draft of the report can be presented by any interested persons till 9/16/2018 to state budgetary institution CSCA personally, the mailing or by e-mail in the form of electronic the document with use of the Internet. Besides, remarks to the Draft of the report can be presented to any branch of state budgetary institution "The Multipurpose Center of Providing the Public and Municipal Services in the Republic of Tatarstan" (further – State Budgetary Institution MFC).
Day of submission of a remark to the Draft of the report day of his submission to State Budgetary Institution CSCA or State Budgetary Institution MFC the day specified on a print of a calendar postage stamp of the assurance of receipt (in case of his direction a mail service), or day of his giving with use of the Internet is considered.
The remark to the Draft of the report along with statement of his essence has to contain:
1) a surname, a name and a middle name (the last - in the presence) the natural person, full name of the legal entity, contact phone number, the e-mail address (in the presence) the person which has submitted a remark to intermediate reporting documents;
2) cadastral number and (or) the address of a real estate object concerning which determination of cadastral cost the remark to intermediate reporting documents is submitted;
3) the instruction on page numbers of intermediate reporting documents to which the remark is submitted (at will).
Documents, the confirming existence of the mistakes made when determining cadastral cost and also the declaration on characteristics of a real estate object can be attached to remarks.
The form of the declaration on characteristics of real estate objects and order of her consideration are approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2016 No. 846 "About the statement of an order of consideration of the declaration on characteristics of a real estate object, including her form".
Reception of remarks to the Draft of the report is carried out:
State Budgetary Institution CSCA located at the address: 420021, Kazan, Parizhskoy Kommuny St., 8 (an entrance from a building corner, a zone of documents acceptance of JSC BTI).
The branches of State Budgetary Institution MFC located in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan (http://mzio.tatarstan.ru/rus/uvedomleniya.htm Appendix 1).
