The law directed to improvement of legal regulation of provision of housing for orphan children is signed
The State Duma has adopted the Federal law of July 29, 2018 N 267-FZ "About introduction of amendments to separate acts of the Russian Federation regarding providing orphan children and children without parental support, persons from among orphan children and children without parental support with premises " (further – the law).
The law code of the Russian Federation makes a number of the changes to the federal laws "About Additional Guarantees on Social Support of Orphan Children and Children Without Parental Support", "About the General Principles of the Organization of Legislative (Representative) and Executive Bodies of the Government of Territorial Subjects of the Russian Federation", "About Contract System in the Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" and the Housing code of Russian Federation directed to improvement of legal regulation of provision of housing for orphan children and children without parental support, persons from among orphan children and children without parental support.
