Non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land as of 09/30/2018 amounted to 456.08 million rubles

According to the information of the specialists of the department of economics of the ministry as of September 30, 2017, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land plots received by the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 456.08 million rubles.

In the context of articles in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan on 09/30/2018, it was received:

from the rental property - 72.44 million rubles. - the plan is fulfilled by 88.8%;

from the lease of land plots –53.33 million rubles. - plan fulfilled

by 76.4%;

from servitude - 2.25 million rubles. - the plan is fulfilled 94.9%;

from the sale of property - 30.02 million rubles. - the plan is fulfilled by 100.1%;

from trust management - 60.6 million rubles –the plan is fulfilled

by 98.8%;

from the sale of land plots - 5.69 million rubles;

dividends - 203.45 million rubles. - the plan is executed at 100%;

part of the net profit of state unitary enterprises - 22.88 million rubles. - the plan was fulfilled by 98%.
