NOTICE about the state cadastral appraisal of the lands of the water fund, the forest fund, the lands of specially protected territories and objects of the Republic of Tatarstan

The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan notifies.

In accordance with the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-FZ "On State cadastral appraisal", pursuant to the order of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan of September, 26, 2018 No. 3173-p, the state cadastral appraisal of water fund lands will be conducted in the Republic of Tatarstan , forest fund, lands of especially protected territories and objects of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2019.

Preparation for the state cadastral appraisal is carried out until January 1, 2019. As part of the preparatory stage for the state cadastral appraisal in order to collect and process the information necessary to determine the cadastral value, the state budgetary institution “Center for state cadastral appraisal” (hereinafter referred to as the SBI CSCA) accepts declarations on the characteristics of real estate objects from the respective owners real estate.

To collect and process this information, the right holders of real estate objects have the right to submit to the SBI CSCA declarations on the characteristics of the respective real estate objects, including clarification of the main, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the valuation objects: type of permitted use, description of location, area, actual use, distance land, other factors affecting the cadastral valuation of the property.

The form of the declaration on the characteristics of real estate objects and the procedure for its consideration were approved by Order No. 846 of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia of December 27, 2016 “On Approving the Procedure for Considering the Declaration on the Characteristics of a Real Estate Object, including its Form”.

Acceptance of declarations on the characteristics of real estate is carried out:

1) SBI CSCA located at the address: 420021, Kazan, Parizhskoy Kommuny, str.8 (entrance from the corner of the building, document reception area of JSC “BTI”).

2) Branches of the state budgetary institution “Multifunctional center of state and municipal services in the Republic of Tatarstan” located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan (Appendix 1 in the “Notifications” tab of the “Performing a state cadastral appraisal” section of the “Results of state cadastral appraisal” http: // mzio. tatarstan.ru/rus/uvedomleniya.htm).

3) In the form of an electronic document (scanned document with a personal signature) by e-mail of the SBI CSCA: Gbu.Cgko@tatar.ru.
