Azat Khamaev took part in the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of PJSC TATNEFT
A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of PJSC Tatneft was held yesterday at the Government House of the Republic of Tajikistan under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
At the meeting, the results of the budget execution for 9 months of 2018 were reviewed, the budget for November of this year was approved.
The Board of Directors reviewed the main parameters that are the basis for preparing a forecast of the company's financial and economic activities for 2019. The forecast is formed on the basis of the Tatneft Group Development Strategy until 2030, approved in September of the current year.
The meeting reviewed information on the development strategy of the Banking Group "ZENIT". The Board of Directors noted progress in improving the financial performance of the banking business included in the company's perimeter and instructed management to continue work aimed at creating a highly efficient bank with an optimal balance of risk and profitability for the risk profile of Tatneft Group.
