Rustam Minnikhanov: Small oil companies produced 5 million 345 thousand tons of oil for 9 months of 2018
President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting on the results of the activities of the small oil companies of the republic for the first 9 months of 2018 and the tasks before the end of the year.
Heads of small oil companies, General Director of PJSC «TATNEFT» Nail Maganov, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Shafagat Takhautdinov, representatives of republican ministries and departments, federal structures took part in the work.
Rustam Minnikhanov noted that in the first 9 months of this year, Tatarstan maintained a positive dynamics of oil production. After the change in the parameters of the OPEC + transaction in June, oilmen are actively increasing production. Already in July of this year, the average daily indicator of oil production in Russia reached 11.2 million barrels, approaching the maximum of October 2016.
26 million 882 thousand tons of raw materials were extracted in the republic, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan reported. This is 100 thousand tons more compared to the same period last year. The company Tatneft produced 21 million 537 thousand tons of oil. The growth rate was 100.6%.
“Small oil companies produced 5 million 345 thousand tons of raw materials, products worth 120 billion rubles were shipped. Companies paid tax payments to all levels of the budget in the amount of over 82 billion rubles,” said Rustam Minnikhanov.
The President of Tatarstan stressed that according to the results of 9 months, the industrial production index in the republic was 101.9%. “If the oilmen continue to increase the volume of oil production, then we will also increase the general indicator,” he added.

Almaz Gimadiev, deputy head of the Volga Department of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision, reported on the implementation of industrial and environmental safety by small oil companies.
The head of the Office of Rosprirodnadzor in the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Khairutdinov announced the results of inspections of oil and gas companies of the republic in January-September of the current year and new requirements of environmental legislation.
Heads of the Kazan branch of Federal Autonomous Institution «Main Department of State Expertise» Farit Khanifov told about innovations in the legislation of the Russian Federation that significantly affect the design and conduct of expertise, as well as the improvement of the interaction mechanism of Federal Autonomous Institution «Main Department of State Expertise» with small oil companies.
Director of the «Radioactive Waste Management Enterprise» branch in the Volga Federal District, Andrei Balashov, presented a project to clean up oilfield equipment from deposits with an increased level of radiation.
