In accordance with the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation, the All-Russian Citizens Reception Day is held in the bodies of state power and local self-government on December 12, 2018, from 12.00 to 20.00.
The reception in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, will be held at the adress:
Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan, Vishnevsky st., 26.
The competence of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan includes the resolution of the following issues:
transfer of agricultural land, with the exception of land that is in federal ownership, to other categories of land (powers of state bodies and bodies of local self-government in the field of land relations)
withdrawal of land plots for state needs of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation (powers of state bodies and local governments in the field of land relations)
land reservation (powers of state bodies and local governments in the field of land relations)
dealings (with the exception of private international law):
- rental relations;
- allocation of land for construction, farming, gardening and horticulture;
- privatization of land;
- inappropriate use of agricultural land;
- permanent (termless) use of land;
- gratuitous use of land;
- privatization of state and municipal property;
- provision of office accommodation for public civil servants of the Russian Federation.
Reception is carried out without an appointment.
