The meeting in the video conferencing mode on consideration of financial and economic activity of municipal unitary enterprises in 9 months 2018 is held
On November 22, 2018 the meeting in the video conferencing mode with representatives of municipal units on consideration of financial and economic activity of municipal unitary enterprises in 9 months 2018 took place under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Eduard Diyarov.
Following the results of 9 months 2018 the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan collected and analysed 117 accounting (financial) reports of the operating municipal unitary enterprises.
During the analysis of accounting (financial) reports 55 unprofitable enterprises that makes 47% of total number of the operating municipal enterprises are revealed. The greatest number of the unprofitable enterprises in a section of municipal units are in the Bavlinsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Kamsko-Ustyinsky and Menzelinsky municipal districts.
Following the results of 9 months 2018 52 enterprises (44%) are loaded with debt. The most loaded with debt enterprises are noted in Aznakayevsky, Aktanyshsky, Almetyevsk, Bavlinsky, Bugulminsky, Verkhneuslonsky and Yelabuzhsky municipal districts.
Financial and economic activity of four most unprofitable municipal unitary enterprises was considered: Municipal Unitary Enterprise «STN ZMR» in the Zelenodolsky municipal district, Municipal Unitary Enterprise «Hozyaystvennoye obespecheniye» in the Muslyumovsky munipal district, Municipal Unitary Enterprise «Management on Improvement and Gardening» and Municipal Unitary Enterprise «Bavly-Service» in the Bavlinsky municipal district. The reasons of unprofitability of the enterprises are considered at the meeting.
Following the results of the meeting the recommendations of more detailed studying of quarterly accounting (financial) reports of municipal unitary enterprises on the balance commissions for prevention of bankruptcy are made to municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
