The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan assists in registration of land plots
The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan renders assistance in registration of the land plots for needs of the oil-extracting companies, including in the transfer of lands from one category to another, suitable for construction of the corresponding objects.
Today there are 108 resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan which are the prepared on the basis of projects made by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan on the translation of 293 land plots with a total area of 398 hectares from category of lands of agricultural appointment to category of lands of the industry and other special purpose:
- for PJSC Tatneft of V.D. Shashin – 45 resolutions;
- for the small oil companies – 59 resolutions;
- for JSC RITEK - 4 resolutions
