Borders of 106 territories of objects of cultural heritage of Tatarstan are entered in the register of the real estate
The cadastral chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan entered information about the borders of 106 territories of the objects of cultural heritage located in Tatarstan to the register of the real estate. From them 3 objects have the federal status, and other objects – municipal and regional value. Among them the house and the estate, church and the mosque, spiritual school, palace of culture and other objects which are of historical and cultural value.
For example, now the house of the famous Russian physicist, meteorologist and teacher Konstantin Kotelov is displayed on the cadastral map. In 1833 it was constructed by the architect Pyotr Pyatnitsky. An object is located in Kazan, on Gladilov Street, 53. Also Tikhomirnov's Estate and the Building of an officer meeting, the end of the 19th century are added to the register.
Now the Unified State Register of the Real Estate (USRRE) contains data on borders of 306 territories of the objects of cultural heritage which are in Tatarstan. In total in the Republic there are more than 1600 such objects.
Existence of data on objects of cultural heritage, their territories, zones of protection and protective zones in USRRE allows to exclude violations of the law when planning development of territories. Besides, availability of full information on a legal regime of use of real estate objects reduces risks at implementation of investment and business activity.
The specific mode of use of the land plots in whole or in part located in such territories is defined by the current legislation. For example, in the territory of an object of cultural heritage any construction which is not connected with restoration of historically lost constructions is forbidden, it is impossible to carry out earth, meliorative works.
Data for entering into the register of the real estate were sent to body of registration of the rights by Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on protection of objects of cultural heritage.
Specialists of Cadastral chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared all documents which are necessary for this purpose. Recently the institution received new powers and now has the right not only to fill the inventory, but also to carry out preparatory work on introduction of data on borders of such territories, settlements, territorial zones. Before them carried out the commercial organizations.
