The meeting of the Commission at the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on anti-corruption under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of the land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev took place On December 21, 2018.
The following questions are considered at the meeting of the Commission: results of checks of observance by the public civil servants of the Ministry and applicants for replacement of positions of the public civil service of requirements to office behavior regarding participation in business activity with use of databases of Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation "Unified State Register of Legal Entities" and "Unified State Register of Private Entrepreneurs" in 2018, work on conducting anti-corruption examination of regulations and drafts of regulations, activity of the Commission of the Ministry of observance of requirements to office behavior of the public civil servants and settlement of conflicting interests, results of departures with representatives of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan as a part of Republican expert group on questions of anti-corruption to the municipal Districts of Republic of Tatarstan in 2018, results of the conducted research of corruptogenic factors and the realized anti-corruption measures in the Ministry, execution in 2018 of the program of the Ministry of implementation of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 - 2020 approved by the order of the Ministry of 25.11.2014 No. 2607-r (with changes of 10.12.2018), the information and analytical material "Monitoring of Efficiency of Activity of Executive Authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, Territorial Authorities of Federal Authorities across the Republic of Tatarstan, Local Governments of Municipal Districts and City Districts on Realization of Anti-corruption Measures in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan for the I Half-year 2018" prepared by Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on social and economic monitoring, the review prepared by Management of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan concerning anti-corruption policy on information of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan on results of the analysis of practice of supervision of performance of the legislation on anti-corruption in 9 months 2018, the review prepared by Management of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan concerning anti-corruption policy following the results of the analysis presented by public authorities and local government of the Republic of Tatarstan of data on realization of actions for anti-corruption in the I half-year 2018, opinion of the population on corruption in the Republic of Tatarstan (by results of a sociological research of 2018) prepared by Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on social and economic monitoring, results of the analysis of circumstances which became a subject of reaction of law enforcement agencies and control supervisory authorities and also the results of work of the Commission at the Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan on anti-corruption in 2018 are summed up and the plan of its work for 2019 is considered.
