The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan registered the Order of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan of December 28, 2017 No. 4696-p, supplementing the List of real estate objects, the tax base of which is defined as cadastral value, for 2019. This order was published on the official website of the legal information of the Republic of Tatarstan pravo.tatarstan.ru on January 29, 2019 and applies to legal relations arising from January 1, 2019.
