Employees of the State Budgetary Institution “State Cadastral Evaluation Center” have successfully completed training and final attestation under the professional retraining program “State Cadastral Evaluation” at Federal State Budgetary Institution of Higher Professional Education Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
The relevance of the passage of this program is due to fundamental changes in the regulatory framework of the institute of state cadastral valuation and has a practical focus.
The result of training is the acquisition of knowledge and increased competence in areas such as:
- determination of the cadastral value of land;
- determination of the cadastral value of capital construction objects;
- preparatory work to determine the cadastral value of real estate;
- quality control of cadastral valuation results;
- organization of the process of determining the cadastral value and control of the activities of employees in a structural unit or organization;
- management of a group of specialists in determining the cadastral value of land plots and capital construction objects;
- consulting support of cadastral valuation.
