Privatization of residential premises for orphans

In 2018, on the basis of decisions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan on the absence of circumstances indicating the need to assist the employer in overcoming a difficult life situation, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan excluded 112 dwellings from 265 acquired in 2013 and were fixed on the right of operational management of the state budgetary institution "Department of Housing Management" (hereinafter - sbi "DHM").

To date, sbi "DHM" were concluded with the tenants of these premises 112 contracts of social employment. Of these, 19 occupied dwellings were privatized by orphans.
