The issues of providing residential premises for orphans and children left without parental care
On April 4, 2019, the rules for forming the list of orphans and their exclusion from this list are established the place of residence and inclusion at the new place of residence was approved by the Decree of Government of the Russian Federation No. 397 «On the formation of a list of orphans and children left without parental care, persons from among orphans and children left without parental care, persons belonging to the category of orphans and children left without parental care, persons from among orphans and children left without parental care, and reached the age of 23 years, who are to be provided with living quarters, exclusion of orphans and children left without parental care, persons from among of orphans and children left without parental care from the list in the subject of the Russian Federation at the former place of residence and their inclusion in the list in the subject of the Russian Federation at the new place of residence». The establishment of these rules by the Government of the Russian Federation is provided for by Federal Law No. 267-FZ of July 29, 2018, amending the Federal Law “On Additional Guarantees for Social Support for Orphans and Children Left Without Parental Care”.
The decisions taken will ensure a uniform procedure for maintaining a list of orphans to be provided with housing in all the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and will allow for effective interaction on these issues.
