Audits of the effective use and preservation of state property were carried out.
During the period from May 6 to May 24, 2019, the State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" conducted 6 inspections of the effective use and preservation of state property, which were enshrined in the operational management of government agencies subordinate to the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan and t Ministry of Health care of the Republic of Tatarstan in Laishevsky, Kaybitsky and Chistopolsky districts.
The audit revealed the following violations:
1. the right of operational management of the institution for premises with a total area of 59 sq. M is not registered.;
2. no documents confirming the write-off of 1 unit of automotive engineering;
3. not used part of the land area of 5265 sq. M on Proletarskaya str., Village Fedorovskoe;
4. the defective state property is not written off;
5. The right of operational management for 3 real estate objects with a total area of 976.2 sq. M.
Based on the results, acts of inspections of public institutions were drawn up. The agencies' reports on the elimination of violations will be brought to the attention of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan within one month.
