The list of real estate objects, the tax base of which is defined as the cadastral value for 2019, has been amended
By the order of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan of 06/05/2019 No. 1394-p, changes were made to the List of real estate objects in respect of which the tax base is defined as the cadastral value for 2019
2 properties were excluded from this List due to a registry error found in the Unified State Register of Real Estate information.
The order was published on the official website of the legal information of the Republic of Tatarstan pravo.tatarstan.ru on May 21, 2019 and entered into force 10 days after the date of official publication.
