The implementation of the functions of the authorized body in bankruptcy cases and in the procedures applied in the bankruptcy case

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of November 21, 2005 No. 543 “On the authorized body of the Republic of Tatarstan in bankruptcy cases and bankruptcy proceedings”, the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to include in the register of creditors' claims in the procedure of insolvency (bankruptcy).

Also, within the framework of the Federal Law No. 127-FZ dated October 26, 2002 “On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)”, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan analyzes the presence (absence) of state property behind organizations and enterprises, as well as individuals under insolvency proceedings (bankruptcy).
